About Wakasa Mikura

Mikura River is a stream that flows through the rugged mountainous region of the Mikura region, southwest of Wakasa-cho, Yazugun, at the southeastern tip of Tottori Prefecture.

The Mikura River flows into the Hattou River, which joins the Sendai River at Kawahara-cho, Tottori City. If you go up the Sendai River from this confluence point, you will find Mochigase-cho, Tottori City, which is the confluence point with the Saji River.

The upper reaches of the Mikura River are mountain streams that flow down through extremely steep mountains.
