About Kitagawa

Kitagawa is a river flows through Saiki Oita Prefecture and Nobeoka, Miyazaki Prefecture and merges into Gokasegawa around the outfall. Its source is Sobokatamukiyama range around Miyazaki Prefecture and discharges into the sea(Hyuganada)

There are tin and lead mine in a river flowing area.
